Probate Judge Christopher J. Brown of Madison County has recently appointed Charles R. Morrison III to serve on the Mt. Sterling Library Board of Trustees. His term will last for seven years, beginning immediately and concluding in 2029.
Charlie Morrison, a resident of rural Mt. Morrison strongly advocates for intellectual freedom and believes deeply in the library's role as a hub for information, cultural enrichment, recreation, and lifelong learning opportunities.
