Table anesthesia machine instructions

Inhalation gas anesthesia is an anesthetic in which an anesthetic gas is added to the airflow supplied to the animal (the concentration is precisely controlled by the anesthetic volatile tank and can be adjusted in real time with the physiological state of the animal).

Before the anesthesia process is maintained, the animals need to be anesthetized with a high anesthetic concentration and a large flow of airflow to facilitate preoperative preparation for fixation of the animals.

The anesthetic exhaust gas needs to be absorbed into the activated carbon box (F/AIR) to eliminate its influence on the experimenter.

The flow path of the air flow is: high pressure gas source → pressure reducing valve → flow meter joint → flow meter joint → anesthetic volatile tank inlet → anesthesia

Volatile tank outlet → three-way valve → → anesthesia mask

↓

→→Anesthesia induction box→activated carbon box

Recommended order of operation:

  • Through the large viewing angle glass window, check the liquid level of the anesthetic in the volatile tank to ensure that it is between the upper surface and the lower line, and is sufficient for the experiment;
  • Connect the pipeline to confirm that there is no air leak in the pipeline;
  • Make sure that the cylinder output switch is released, open the cylinder, observe the pressure gauge reading, and ensure that the gas in the bottle is sufficient;
  • Gradually tighten the air circuit switch, contrary to the direction of the gas cylinder, the tighter the opening, the air flow. Note that the output pressure should not exceed 0.2 MPa;
  • Adjust the oxygen flow according to the animal's weight; recommended reference value attached
  • Connect the pipeline and check if the loop is leaking;
  • Open the anesthetic volatile tank, adjust to the appropriate scale, and output the volatile gas;
  • The three-way valve was opened to the side of the anesthesia induction box, and the animals were induced to anesthetize. The anesthetic concentration and oxygen flow rate are slightly larger than when it is maintained;
  • After the animal enters the anesthesia state in the induction box, the inspection is confirmed to be correct, and it is transferred to a surgical plate or a stereo positioner and other parts designed for surgery or other operations;
  • The three-way valve was opened to the side of the animal anesthesia mask to maintain anesthesia. Operate slightly faster, no more than one to two minutes
  • Oxygen flow and anesthetic gas concentration can be adjusted in real time according to the physiological state of the animal and the degree of anesthesia during the operation.
  • After use, first turn off the anesthetic volatilization tank, then close the oxygen cylinder, and let the residual gas in the pipeline slowly discharge. After the cylinder output pressure gauge is zero, turn off the gas circuit switch, and then turn off the flowmeter after the flowmeter becomes zero. .
  • If the anesthesia machine is not used for a long time (within two months), it is recommended to pour out the anesthetic in the anesthetic tank and store it separately.

Possible leaks:

  • Oxygen tube and machine connection
  • Vaporizer inlet and outlet joint
  • Distributor or diversified component connector

Maintenance: Apply soapy water near the possible leak points for detection. If bubbles are generated, the leak is confirmed.

Cosmetic Ingredients

Cosmetics are compound mixtures made from various raw materials after reasonable blending and processing. There are many types of cosmetics raw materials with different properties. According to the raw material properties and uses of cosmetics, it can be roughly divided into two categories: base raw materials and auxiliary raw materials. The former is a main raw material of cosmetics, which occupies a large proportion in cosmetic formulations, and is the main functional substance in cosmetics. The latter is responsible for shaping, stabilizing or imparting color, fragrance and other characteristics to cosmetics. These substances are not used in large amounts in cosmetic formulations, but are extremely important. Cosmetics are chemical mixtures made of natural, synthetic or extracted substances with different functions as raw materials and processed through production processes such as heating, stirring and emulsification.
