2. If the overflow occurs in the injection nozzle, press the safety stop switch to ensure the workshop is neat. If the staff finds that the injection nozzle overflows the material, the safety stop switch should be pressed in time to avoid wasting material. When the machine is stopped, take out the nozzle to check for damage. Replace the nozzle with any damage.

3. When the cylinder is not returned due to improper operation, do not press the safety button. When the machine cylinder can not be returned, it should be suspended for 1-2 minutes to see if the machine is malfunctioning or crashes. If the machine fails during production, the worker presses the stop switch. It may cause confusion inside the machine and clear all previous settings. It will delay production efficiency.

1. The filling machine body is made of stainless steel. Do not scratch the surface with sharp and hard sharp objects.

2. When removing and disassembling the piston, remove the fixing screws at the same time to avoid affecting the process requirements of the other one.
