5 , the testing process
Note: At the customer's request, in the vacuum state of pressure - 30, -40, -50, -60, -70, 10 samples were tested one by one for 30s, and the leakage was observed and recorded .
(1) Distilled water parallel to the crimping plate was injected into the vacuum chamber , and the sample 1 was placed under a sealed lid, and then immersed in water.
(2) Start the instrument and set each parameter. The pressure is set to -30KPa for the first time and the time is 30s. Click the "Confirm" button.
(3) Air extraction air dryer group was the first to the vacuum chamber, the vacuum chamber pressure to be set in advance reaches -30 kPa, automatically enter the test state. (4) During the 30 s observation, whether or not continuous bubbles were generated during the vacuum holding period.
(5) After the instrument stops automatically, open the intake valve, open the sealing cover at the same time, take out the sample, and wipe the surface water clean to see if water has penetrated into the sample.
(6) The sample 1 was again placed in a vacuum chamber, the pressure was set to -40 KPa, and the time was unchanged, and the test was started.
(7) If the sample 1 is repeated for the remaining 9 samples, the sample and the pressure need to be continuously adjusted except that the time parameter is set to 30 s.
6 , test results
As shown in the figure, “√†means no bubbles, no leakage occurs, “׆indicates that there are bubbles, and leakage has occurred. The bubbles are clearly and continuously recorded for detailed analysis by customers .
