2. Neutral salt spray test
1) It is the earliest and most widely used accelerated corrosion test method. It adopts 5% luhuana saline solution. The pH value of the solution is adjusted to neutral range as the solution for spraying. The test temperature is 35 °C, and salt spray is required. The sedimentation rate is between 1 and 2 ml / 80 cm.
2) It is developed on the basis of the neutral salt spray test. Add some glacial acetic acid to the 5% luhuana solution to reduce the pH of the solution to about 3, the solution becomes acidic, and finally the salt spray is formed. The salt spray becomes acidic, and its corrosion rate is about 3 times faster than the NSS test.
3. Alternating salt spray test
1) It is a comprehensive salt spray test, which is a neutral salt spray test and a constant damp heat test in a salt spray corrosion test chamber.
2) It is mainly used for cavity type whole machine products. Through the penetration of the tidal environment, the salt spray corrosion is not only generated on the surface of the product, but also generated inside the product.
3) The product is alternately converted under salt water and humid heat conditions, and finally the electrical properties and mechanical properties of the whole product are checked.
