If the pressure is wrong: Adjust the input and output translation valves on the top of the buffer tank until the pressure is correct.
6. The barrel level is low: During the cycle operation, open the valve that inputs the condensate until the barrel reaches the correct level (30%-40%).
7. The buffer tank level is too high: when the circulation pump is running, use the manual drain valve drainage method to reach the correct liquid level.
8. Open the shut-off valve of the pneumatic regulating valve of the sterilization pot to determine the steam pressure within the range of 6±1 bar. If it cannot be reached, check the boiler and steam pipe network, then open the near-steam drain valve drain and impurities, and open the steam manual intake valve, but Cannot open the bypass.
9. Check if the steam shielding pipe is unobstructed. If it does not work, quickly open it with compressed air.
