What is the eccentric wear of tractor tires?

The normal wear of the tractor tire should appear evenly on the outer edge of the tire. From the cross section, the wear is even and symmetrical with the centerline of the rim. If the wear does not conform to this rule, the degree of wear on the two sides differs greatly and is called eccentric wear.

1. The front wheel is eccentrically worn. In order to ensure the stability of the tractor when driving in a straight line, the steering is light and the wear of the tire is reduced. In the design, the upper ends of the two front wheels are tilted outwards at a certain angle, and the front end is closed inwards (the front toe is generated). In other words, the front wheel is neither perpendicular to the road surface nor parallel to the direction of advancement. The wear of the front tire must be outside and heavier than the inside. This is normal. However, if it exceeds the wear range or the wear increases, it will easily fail. The reason why the front wheel produces eccentric wear is analyzed as follows: (1) When the tractor is in use, the amount of inflation in the tire is insufficient, and the normal contact between the tire and the ground is destroyed, resulting in partial wear of the tire. (2) The quality of the wheel is poor. Such as poor flexibility, low mechanical strength, poor wear resistance, uneven rubber texture and tire shape is not correct. (3) The clearance of the front wheel bearing is too large, causing a large swing of the front wheel during operation. The eccentric wear that occurs in this case is often on both sides of the rim. (4) Improper positioning of the front wheel. The camber of the front wheel, the tilting of the knuckle vertical shaft, and the tilting of the vertical shaft of the steering knuckle are structurally determined (not adjustable at ordinary times). If these structures (mainly the front axle assembly) are deformed and damaged, the position of the front wheels will change. And usually speaking, the front wheel is improperly positioned, and refers to the change of the front toe of the front wheel. Due to the continuous wear of the joints in the steering control mechanism, the front wheels are continuously changed, and the front toe does not meet the requirements or instability, which will not only aggravate the wear of the bearings but also cause uneven wear of the tires. (5) The steering knuckle vertical shaft or front axle has a more severe bending deformation, so that the front wheel has changed its original normal position and appears eccentric wear. This eccentric wear generally occurs on one side of the rim.

2. Drive wheel eccentric wear. When the tractor is running normally, the driving wheel tires are kept perpendicular to the road surface, parallel to the direction of advancement, and the tires on both sides are subject to the same load. Otherwise, partial wear will occur. Therefore, the direct cause of partial wear of tires is that the tires are not perpendicular to the road surface they are in contact with, and most of them are caused by poor state of assembly technology between the tire support and its parts. (1) Impact of the state of rotation of the support member on the tire The rotational support of the tire, such as the rim, half axle and the brake drum of the small drag, and the inner ring of the semi-shaft bearing, etc., are all turned during operation. Rotate the support. If these parts are deformed, the vertical relationship between the tire and the road surface will be destroyed. For example, if the half shaft is bent and deformed, the rotation axis will deviate from the axis of the shaft hole of the gearbox at a certain angle. During the work, the technical state of the rotating support is poor, which causes the tire to swing in a swinging manner. The outer edges of the tire rotate on both sides with eccentric wear. This wear is seen intermittently on the rim, i.e. regular or irregular section wear on both sides of the tire. (2) The effect of not rotating the support member on the tire work The tire and its rotating support member are simultaneously supported on parts such as the gear case, the axle housing and the bearing outer ring. These parts are not rotated during operation. Do not rotate the support. If these parts are damaged (mainly the deformation of the joint surface), foreign matter is trapped between the joint surfaces and loose bolt connections, etc., will destroy the normal position of the tire and its rotating support. Due to the poor technical state of the non-rotating support, the partial wear of the tire caused by the non-rotating support is located on one side of the outer edge of the tire and is continuous. The eccentric wear caused by the difference in the degree of wear between the two sides of the body wheel is mostly caused by uneven load on both sides of the wheel. For example, long-term partial traction, partial suspension, side suspension operations, and long-term one-way steering operations (incorrect methods of cultivating the soil).

Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers, also known as "injectables" or "soft-tissue fillers," do just what their name suggests: they fill in the area under the skin. Some injectable dermal fillers are natural and some are synthetic, but they all work to improve the appearance of aging skin in the following ways:

1. Filling in wrinkles, fine lines and deep creases
2. Improving other imperfections like scars
3. Filling out thin or wrinkled lips
4. Plumping up cheeks
5. Contouring the jaw line and other areas of the face
