With the rapid development of the beard culture in the pool, the demand for the seedlings of the leather beard grows by a large number of farmers. In order to satisfy the farmers' needs for seedlings, the relevant breeding techniques are summarized as follows:
1, broodstock selection. The main difference between male and female broodstock is that: the female's external reproductive primordium is short round, the posterior edge is very small, often congested in light red, the excretory hole is located in the central posterior part of the genital process; the free edge of the male fish is relatively free The reproductive season is light red and the vents are at the very end.
2, broodstock cultivation. One month before reproduction, broodstock that is disease-free, healthy, and robust should be selected for intensive cultivation. Feed pelleted feeds with 10% fishmeal, 30% soybean meal, 15% yeast, 25% bran and 10% ground meal. Feed twice a day, each feeding 5 % of the total broodstock, flushing 2 times a day, about 1 hour each time, and feeding fresh chicken intestines once every 1-2 weeks.
3, brooding fish production. Mature broodstock is selected for oxytocin production. The oxytocin uses human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and luteinizing releasing hormone (LRH-A2). The dose of HCG injected per kg of female parent fish was 1000 IU + LRH-A 22 micrograms. A one-time intrapleural injection was used. The injection time was selected around 4 pm, and the female and male ratio was 1:1.
After injecting the oxytocide, the broodstock was placed in a disinfected spawning pool and flushed with microfluidic water. Use sterilized brown tablets as ovaries to prevent fish eggs from sticking to the bottom of the pool and the walls of the pool. The water temperature is maintained at about 21°C, and spawning can take place within 12-18 hours. After the broodstock has produced its eggs, the ovaries are removed and placed into the hatchery pool in time to prevent the broodstock from eating eggs.
4, hatch. The ovum density is 20,000 - 30000 grains/m2, and the depth of the hatching pool is kept at 25 - 30cm. The incubation water requires fresh water and sufficient dissolved oxygen. Above the hatchery, a mat is placed to prevent direct sunlight. The water temperature can be raised at about 3°C ​​for 3 days.
5, fry cultivation. The original pool cultivation, put the seedling density of 5000 / square meter. The newly hatched fry had an enlarged yolk sac on the abdomen, and the body seemed to be small. After the disappearance of the yolk sac, they are fed with egg yolks. They are fed 3 times a day, each time an yolk is thrown every 10,000. Four to five days later, the milk is splashed and fed into rotifers and twigs. After 15-20 days of cultivation, Wuzi specifications can be achieved.
6, fish species cultivation. The fish pond is a rectangular concrete pool with an area of ​​60-80 square meters, a water depth of 0.6-1 meter, and good poisoning before stocking. The stocking density is 2000 fishes per square meter. The minced chicken intestines were bred and fed 3 times a day. Each dose was 10%-15% of the body weight of the fish. It can reach 5-6 cm after 45 days of cultivation.
