1. Among them, POM plastic bearings are widely used in all plastic bearings. The general inner and outer ball materials are POM or PA, and the cage is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25). The balls are glass balls, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls. These bearings perform well under alkaline conditions but are not suitable for operation in acidic corrosive environments.

2. Corrosion-resistant plastic bearings As a typical variety of fluoroplastics, PTFE and PVDF have excellent corrosion resistance, and PTFE is good in corrosion resistance of all known engineering plastics. It can be used for all concentrated acids. And concentrated alkali, including HF and fuming sulfuric acid nitric acid (98% or more), and has good high temperature performance, PTFE proved to be used at 180 ° C high temperature, PVDF can also be used 150 ° C, but PTEF material has very low mechanical strength The dimensional stability is poor, and the temperature deformation is large. In comparison, PVDF has better comprehensive performance. Generally, the inner and outer ring materials are made of PTFE or PVDF, the cage material is PTFE or PVDF, and the balls are generally glass balls or ceramic balls.

3. Anti-acid and alkali plastic bearings HDPE, PP, UPE materials have been proven to be used in relatively weak acid-base cross environment (30% Cucl2 solution and 30% NaoH solution test OK), so it is suitable for most acids/bases/salts/ Solvent/oil/gas and seawater corrosive environment. It has the characteristics of oil-free self-lubricating and anti-magnetic electrical insulation of general plastic bearings, but its mechanical strength is low and it is easy to deform. Therefore, it is not suitable for large load and high speed. In comparison, UPE material has better strength. Low friction characteristics and low temperature application characteristics (zui can be as low as -150 °C), general inner and outer ring materials are HDPE, PP or UPE, cage materials are HDPE, PP or UPE, and balls are glass balls, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls.

4.PEEK/PI plastic bearing (high temperature resistant plastic bearing)

As an emerging engineering plastics material, PEEK and PI have proven to be good in mechanical strength dimensional stability and high temperature resistance of all known engineering plastics. PEEK has a long-term use temperature of 260 ° C, and PI long-term use temperature is up to 300 ° C. And it has excellent corrosion resistance, can still operate freely in medium-strength acid-alkaline corrosion environment, so it is generally used to make bearings that need to operate in a harsh environment. The disadvantage is that the material itself is expensive, so it is used. The cost is high. Generally, the inner and outer ring materials are made of PEEK or PI, the cage material is PTFE, PEEK or PI, and the balls are generally Zro2 or Si3N4 ceramic balls.

5. Plastic bearing housing and plastic outer spherical bearing Plastic bearing bearing is light in weight, easy to install, free of maintenance, and has a common cast iron seat or stamping seat without shock absorption and impact resistance. With the continuous development of new materials, more and more applications are widely used in engineering. For different situations, plastic outer spherical bearings can be made of different materials such as POM, HDPE, PP, UPE, PTFE, etc. Plastic bearing housings generally use PBT materials.
