Parrot feed method

The breeding parrot now has many feeds produced by many manufacturers, and the general nutrition is relatively reasonable. There is no need to re-match them. However, if a friend likes to prepare his own feed, he must pay attention to the rational allocation of nutrients in the feed. The main nutrient composition indicators are as follows: 1. Protein. Protein is the main component of the parrot's muscles, nerves, blood, skin, internal organs, and feathers. It is generally required to have a content of about 15% to 30% depending on actual needs. For example, the demand for young birds is relatively large. 2. Carbohydrates. There are two types of carbohydrates: nitrogen-free extracts and crude fiber. Too high a fiber's nutritional value will be lower, and the parrot's growth will be slower. Too low will slow down the intestinal activity. The general demand is 3%~5%. 3. Fat. Fat is a high-energy substance that is also an essential element of the cells. Fat can also help digestion of fat-soluble vitamins. If the fat content is too low, the absorption of vitamins A, D, E, K, etc. may be affected, and the fat requirement is generally about 1% to 5%.
