1、Traveling Clutch Release Bearings The inside of the guide sleeve is filled with grease. The release bearing guide sleeve is positioned by the clutch housing and the gearbox joint surface. Its role is to support the separation of the bearing housing. The transmission input shaft is a cantilever shaft that passes through the bearing bushing, and the input shaft pulley and the travel clutch are mounted on the input shaft cantilever end. During operation, the input shaft and the guide sleeve should not be in contact with each other. However, when the machine travels, the cantilever end of the input shaft is subjected to a large radial force. Under the action of this force, the input shaft is bent and often comes into contact with the inner wall of the guide bush, causing the guide bush to wear. With the wear of the bearing guide sleeve, the input shaft is weakened by the guide sleeve and the shaft curvature will further increase. Because the input shaft is a gear shaft, the shaft gear is a gearbox I gear, and the bending of the shaft affects the accuracy of the gear transmission, which intensifies wear. Injecting grease into the separate bearing guide bush can reduce the wear of the guide bush. 2. Replace the input pulley sleeve The transmission input pulley sleeve is installed on the shaft end of the transmission input shaft. The material is cast iron. The shaft sleeve has axial dents (caused by the machining process). The radial load and vibration on the shaft end are large, and the cast iron sleeve is easily worn here. After the sleeve wears, the clearance between the sleeve and the journal increases, and the input pulley oscillates, which affects the separation of the clutch. If the original sleeve is changed to a steel sleeve and the axial and radial clearances are reduced, the wear here will be significantly reduced. 3. Replace the engine cooling fan In order to prevent the engine radiator from clogging, a dust cover and a suction nozzle are provided in front of the radiator. The role of suction nozzle is to suck dust off the dust cover. However, the original engine cooling fan has a low air pressure, the suction nozzle has a limited suction force, and the dust cover and the radiator often clog at work, causing high engine temperatures. When the cooling fan of the 492QA engine (BJ2020 light off-road vehicle's supporting engine) is used, the air flow through the radiator increases, the suction of the suction nozzle increases, the dust removal effect is obvious, and the radiator blockage and engine high temperature are effectively prevented. 4. Discharge the grain at the end of the auger shaft and position the unloading grain at the bottom. The auger is located at the bottom of the granary, and the auger shaft is supported at the unloading grain outlet end by a plain bearing. If the grain humidity is too high or the unloading grain clutch is engaged too fast, the auger will produce an axial reaction force. Under the action of this force, the auger will move axially and the shaft end will fall off from the sliding bearing, causing an accident. Drill a hole with a diameter of 10.5mm at the end of the auger shaft and attack the M12 thread. Then install a retaining ring with a larger diameter than the shaft, and then screw in the M12 screw. At this time, the retaining ring can prevent the auger from falling off. When the auger rotates counterclockwise, the screw is automatically tightened and does not come loose. 5, pay attention to cleaning the oil return filter oil filter filter pore is small, the hydraulic system works in harsh environments, the filter is easy to plug. After the filter is blocked, the oil does not pass through the filter, the return pressure rises, and the safety valve is always in the open state. Part of the return oil will enter the tank without filtering, which will definitely increase the wear of the hydraulic system. Therefore, we must strengthen the cleaning of the filter. 6, do not easily reduce the working conditions under normal throttle, such as the sudden reduction of the throttle, the engine speed is reduced, the machine work efficiency is reduced, easy to make the effect of grain cleaning worse, increased grain loss, miscellaneous increase, drum and re-off The device is clogged. If you reduce the throttle, you should stop and let the engine continue to run for 30s.
