The purification cell culture chamber is composed of a machine room, a disinfection preparation room, a first dressing room, a second dressing room, a air shower room, a first culture room, and a second culture room, all of which are constructed of color steel plates. The cell culture room has a purification level of 10,000 (the local clean laminar flow hood is 100); the number of air changes is 20 to 25 times/h; the temperature is 20 to 24 °C; the illumination is 300 LX; the noise is less than 50 dB. The clean air conditioning unit is composed of new, return air mixing, primary effect filtration, low noise fan, medium efficiency filtration, air conditioner, and noise elimination.
Cell culture equipment: automatic disinfection cabinet, automatic drying and disinfection chamber, double clean bench, incubator, centrifuge, electric pipette, rotary bottle culture device, magnetic stirring culture device, OLYMPUS inverted microscope IX81 automatic inverted fluorescence microscope (with 37 °C incubator) and so on.
Main use: The cell culture chamber can accommodate 8 people at the same time for cell culture work: 1 small-scale routine culture of various types of cells; 2 large-scale cell expansion culture by rotary flask culture and magnetic stirring culture; 3 dynamic observation of cultured cells ; 4 intracellular fluorescence observation in culture.
