1. Be careful not to use force on the glass during transportation, and do not hit the cabinet.
2. After the equipment is grounded, it should be placed as stable as the ground is not flat.
3. Please do not use the instrument in direct sunlight or hot and humid places.
4. This equipment should be kept away from electromagnetic interference sources and the grounding wire of the equipment should be effectively grounded.
5. When the equipment is in normal operation, the load placed in the box should not affect the air circulation to ensure uniform temperature inside the box.
6 , the power supply is AC 220V 50HZ , must use 16A or more three-core socket, and has a reliable grounding wire, you must not use the two-core socket.

Five, product instructions
1. Open the box door, put the object to be processed into the shelf on the box, and close the box door.
2. Turn on the power, insert the three-pin plug into the power socket, and set the power switch on the right side of the panel to the “ on †position. At this time, the meter displays a digital display indicating that the device is in working condition.
3. Set the temperature of the box you need by operating the temperature controller on the control panel.
4. The instrument starts to work, the temperature inside the box gradually reaches the set value, and after the required drying treatment time, the processing is completed.
5. Turn off the power. After the temperature in the box is close to the ambient temperature, open the door and take out the object.

(1) The product has undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory. Generally, it should not be corrected. If the environment is bad when used, the ambient temperature will exceed the appropriate range, which will cause the temperature display value to be in error with the actual temperature inside the box. If it exceeds the technical specifications, you can refer to the temperature. The controller operating instructions are corrected as needed.
(2) Under normal working conditions, if the door is opened for too long, the temperature inside the box will change after closing the door. This is normal.
(3) Test Note: The thermometer used in the test of the box should use a mercury thermometer with a precision of 0.1 and place the mercury end in the geometric center of the box.
Six, matters needing attention
1. Do not put flammable and volatile chemicals into the box.
2. If abnormality, odor, smoke, etc. occur during use, please turn off the power immediately, the user should not blindly repair, should inform the company's repair department, the professional to view the repair.
3 , the tank wall and equipment surface should be wiped frequently to keep clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.
4. If the equipment is not used for a long time, unplug the power cord to prevent equipment damage. It should be operated regularly (usually in the first quarter) for 2-3 days according to the conditions of use to remove the moisture from the electrical parts and avoid damage to the relevant devices.
