3. Production method, the first stage of breeding: Weigh 1 kg of tap water according to the ratio of raw materials, add 0.1 kg of sugar or brown sugar after boiling, stir and dissolve evenly with chopsticks, and pour into disinfected glass bottles when cooled to 35°C. According to the above method, continuous culture (the ratio of water and sugar does not change), add 2 kg of sugar water for the second time; add 3 kg of sugar water for the third time, each time must be incubated in darkness for 10 to 15 days. About 6 kg of bacteria solution.
The second phase began to expand production: Add 6 kg of the bacterial liquid obtained in three times to 24 kg of sugar water, and cultivate for 20 days. The surface of the bacteria liquid has a transparent pellicle and a thick sweet and sour fruity flavour. 24 kg of lactic acid health can be extracted. Tea drinking. After leaving the bottom of the bacteria solution, adding 24 kg of sugar water, repeating the above operation to cultivate, and continuing to work, will continue to produce lactic acid health tea for the family to drink for a long time, can also be used to give relatives and friends to drink, but also stall to sell, solve employment It is beneficial to others.
Precautions:
1 Tools and containers containing bacteria must be cleaned and disinfected.
2 In the culture, the surface of the bacterium liquid was found to have green black mold, indicating that the broth had contaminated the bacteria and could not be used for drinking.
3 In order to ensure the activity of probiotics in lactic acid health tea, please do not boil and drink. According to personal taste, the undiluted liquid can be brewed with warm boiled water below 50°C. The cultivated lactic acid health tea can be preserved for 6 months under room temperature.
