When the water evaporation is reduced, the amount of boiling water can be added. After frying for 24 hours, remove the first frying sauce, add boiling water to the pan and fry it, so that it is decocted 3 times. When the residue is tapped and tapped, the juice is drained to the residue. Each time you take the decoction, put a layer of cotton on a fine sieve to filter it. Combine the filtrate three times into the cylinder. Take a little powder of alum, stir well, and let it stand for clarification.
3. Concentrate the plastic. Take the upper juice into the pot and heat it until the juice turns into a water jelly (about 50% moisture content). Use a micro-fire to boil, and use a rubber spatula to agitate the bottom of the pot to prevent coking or gumming. Spill; take another 250 grams of rock sugar to dissolve, filter and pour. When the water evaporates and the plastic color gradually turns yellow, another yellow wine is taken into account and it is poured warmly. After reducing the firepower, the glue can be initiated and the heat can be emitted. The glue gradually turns tan. 4. Cut and dry. Take thick plastic (rubber temperature 60 ~ 70 °C) into a small amount of sesame oil rubbing the copper plate, another take a little white wine, evenly sprayed on the plastic surface, to accelerate the plastic surface from the yellow foam. The plastic disc is then placed in a closed room, where it is allowed to coagulate, cut into strips, and cut into rectangular pieces. Turning once every 2 to 3 days, about half-dry, sealed in the plastic tank, so that the moisture contained in the glue can seep out, and then take out and put it in the shade. The surface of the finished product is dark brown, shiny, brownish to light, and has no smell.
