(4) Touch the connector of the electrical equipment, where is the feeling of hot, where is the poor contact. If you start the electric starter three or four times and touch the battery, the electric starter terminal and the wire are hot, it means that the wire is bad or the wire is too thin or too long.
(5) After the locomotive runs on a bumpy road for a certain distance, if the temperature of the shock absorber shell does not increase, the shock absorber will fail.
(6) After the locomotive has travelled for a distance, if it touches the shell of the transmission and the rear axle housing, it feels hot and hot, indicating that the gears in the transmission and the rear axle are too tightly meshed, with poor lubrication or mechanical damage.
(7) If the locomotive accelerates to deteriorate, the maximum speed cannot be reached. If the brake drum or the clutch shell is touched by hand, it feels hot, which means that the brake is stuck or the clutch is slipping.
Third, hand pinching method to measure abnormal sound
