How it works:
1. The whole process consists of two processes of mixing and granulation.
2. The adhesive enters the material pot from the conical hopper. After the hopper is closed, the powder is rotated in the container under the stirring of the mixing paddle, and the material changes along the direction of the conical wall to gradually form a liquid bridge. Under the action of extrusion, friction and kneading of the material of the blade and the wall, the material is gradually transformed into a loose material. Then, the discharge door is opened, and the wet particles push the discharge hopper under the centrifugal force of the blade.
3. The soft material of the pellet structure is not formed by forced extrusion, but by the cutting of the granulating knife, the soft material is cut into fine and uniform particles in a semi-flow state, thereby realizing the mutual transformation of the materials.

Its construction description has the following points:
1. The fuselage is an independent rectangular parallelepiped, consisting of three parts: bearing frame, reduction gear box and machine base. The feeding powder bucket is connected with the bearing frame and extends out of the machine. The front end of the feeding base is designed to extend and land widely and smoothly, so it does not need to be installed and can be placed indoors.
2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating roller horizontal device is under the hopper, and there are bearing supports at the front and the rear. It is driven by the rack to make a reverse rotation. The front bearing housing of the end face is movable. When the three screws are unscrewed, the front bearing housing and the rotating roller can be sequentially extracted. The two ends of the rotating drum adopt symmetrical convex couplings, which are not restricted by the reverse and easy to assemble and disassemble.
3, screen clamp: the device is on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipe, with a long groove in the middle, the two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, turn the hand wheel to wrap the screen on the outer circle of the rotating drum, hand The inner wheel of the wheel has a thorn wheel to support, and the elastic can be adjusted.
4. Reducer: It adopts worm gear transmission, the speed ratio is 1:30, the storage can be stored in the box, ensuring good lubrication and no noise of the rack, gear and worm wheel. The outer end of the worm wheel is equipped with an eccentric rod to drive the rod to reciprocate. Movement, the gear shaft meshing with the rack is used for reverse rotation.
5. Machine seat motor: The motor mounting plate is hinged to the base of the machine, and the other end is hinged to the nut. When the hand wheel on the base is rotated, the screw is rotated, and the nut drives the motor board to the lower part to adjust the triangle belt to be tight.
