In order to prevent the hoist from shifting to the side, a support device must be installed in the upper section. The device should be securely fastened to the building near the unit and should not restrict the machine from freely expanding and contracting in the vertical direction.

When the metal components of the machine are installed, start assembling the hopper, tape, and finally install the left and right half covers.

When assembling the hopper on the tape, first cut a piece of tape of the required length, and strictly calculate the hole line for fixing the hopper on the tape according to the drawing to ensure that the hopper has the correct pitch and configuration, and is not allowed to exceed the allowable on the drawing. Deviation (a simple template can be made between each of the two hoppers, and the hopper bolt hole is punched out with a punch before the tape is installed).

2, the basic requirements for installation

The foundation for the installation must be sturdy, and the relative positions must be correct to ensure that the lower section support surface of the unit is in a horizontal position.

The connection of the middle casing allows the waterproof canvas or asbestos tape to be padded to ensure a seal. The connecting flanges of the cabinets must be neat and must not be significantly misaligned. In order to ensure that the bolt tensioning device has sufficient stroke during use, the tensioning device should not be used downward after the installation adjustment. 3, no load test precautions

Observe the operation of the hopper, and the running part must not collide and jam with the relevant parts.

Check whether the oil temperature in each bearing is normal, and whether the sealing device has oil leakage: the working condition of the transmission device, whether there is excessive noise in the reducer; whether the function of the electrical control device is normal.

When the load is not tested, the check device should be carefully observed. The pawl should be disengaged from the ratchet teeth under the action of centrifugal force. When stopping, the pawl should be in reliable contact with the ratchet teeth under the action of the leaf spring.

Check that all fastening bolts are loose. Check if the hopper and tape fastening screws are loose after parking. When the no-load test is considered satisfactory, a 16-hour load test should be carried out.

4, load test precautions

The load test shall be carried out under the conditions of the original designed conveying capacity and the materials to be transported.

First observe the operation of the transmission, whether the load of the motor has reached full load or overload, whether the electrical control equipment is working properly, whether the noise of the reducer is excessive, the working condition of the upper section and the lower section, whether the tape slips on the drum Whether the running speed meets the design requirements.

Under the condition of uniform feeding, pay attention to the drawing characteristics of the conveying material, whether the center of the material conveyed at the feeding port is aligned with the center of the hopper, and no material accumulation phenomenon may occur in the lower section of the machine. It is necessary to observe the fullness of the conveyed material in the hopper and whether the delivery amount meets the design requirements.

The material shall be thrown out from the discharge port and shall not collide with the top of the upper casing and the two walls of the discharge opening, and the material shall not be allowed to reverse.

After obtaining good results through the load operation, the machine can consider the installation to be completed.

5, the use and maintenance of the hoist

The machine should have a fixed person in the work process. The caretaker must have general technical knowledge and familiarity with the performance of the machine.

The use of this machine (characteristics, working conditions, conveying capacity, etc. of the material to be conveyed) shall strictly comply with all the provisions of this specification.

The use unit shall comply with the “Safety Operation Procedures for Equipment Maintenance and Inspection” and obey the compliance personnel. The caretaker must have a handover system and carefully check the work of the hoisting departments.

There should be a fixed feeding device to evenly coat the machine. The feeding capacity of the feeding device shall be within the range of conveying volume listed in the main technical specifications of the hoisting machine , and the lower section shall not be blocked by the conveying material.

All inspection doors must be completely closed during work. Appropriate lighting should be installed at the upper and lower sections and the frequently opened inspection doors. The bolt tensioning device in the lower section should be adjusted to maintain the normal tension of the tape. The caretaker should always observe the working condition of the hopper tape, and the damaged hopper should be removed.
