Production of Agaricus bisporus by corn stalk

Using corn stalk instead of straw for cultivation of Agaricus bisporus can greatly reduce the cost. The relevant technology is introduced as follows:

2500 kg corn stalks, 1500 kg cow dregs, 40 kg urea, 50 kg superphosphate, 50 kg gypsum, 5 kg calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and 30 kg lime were prepared.

Cultivating stockpiling The crushed corn stalks were soaked for 24 hours, picked up and drained, and piled into a heap having a width of 1.8 meters, a height of 1.6 meters, and an unlimited length, and lime, urea and superphosphate were uniformly added in layers. Keeping the corn straw loose and permeable, but when the heap temperature exceeds 70°C, the anaerobic fermentation will occur in the center part of the culture material, which is very unfavorable to the growth of the mycelium of the Agaricus bisporus. Generally accumulated about 4 days, material temperature up to 65 °C ~ 70 °C can turn over. Please pay attention to the following matters when turning over the material:

1, the material will fluff loose, increase fresh air.

2, to quickly turn over the material to prevent evaporation of water inside the heap. The material was found to be sterilized in the presence of white mycelium and the ammonia smell disappeared.
