This novel series of oligosaccharide biopesticides has the characteristics of no drug resistance, safety, non-toxicity and low dose, through induction of plant immune response or inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms. Researchers at the Dalian Institute of Materials Science and Technology used deep fermentation technology and enzymatic extraction and separation technology, enzyme reaction and membrane separation coupled modern biochemical reaction engineering technology to successfully develop Zhongke No.2, No.3 and No.6 oligosaccharide biopesticides. A set of quality control standards. Among them, the oligo-glycan bio-pesticides Zhongke 3 and Zhongke 6 were used to conduct field demonstration experiments in Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Hainan, Shaanxi, etc., to control soybean mosaic disease, cotton verticillium wilt disease, and pepper virus disease. , Papaya virus disease, apple mosaic disease, tobacco mosaic disease, tomato late blight, cucumber downy mildew and other diseases, control effectiveness up to 70% -85%. At the same time, it can regulate plant growth and significantly increase the yield by 10-30%. The new pesticide temporary registration certificate has been obtained.
Oligosaccharide biopesticides have already achieved the industrialization of pilot test results in Dalian Kaifei Chemical Co., Ltd., and from production in 2000 to production of 150 tons of products in 2001, a total of 1.4 million mu of demonstration and promotion area has been applied in 17 provinces and cities across the country. And indirect economic benefits exceed 450 million yuan.
