The facilities consist of three parts: a water storage tank, a water supply pipe, and a dark seepage branch pipe. The storage tank is located in the middle wall of the back wall of the greenhouse. It is made up of brick-cemented rectangular pools with a length of 2 meters, a width of 1 meter and a height of 1.2 meters. The bottom is 0.2 meters above the ground. An iron pipe with a length of about 0.3 meters is installed on both sides of the tank 0.1m from the bottom of the tank. The outer diameter of the iron pipe is connected with the valve and the plastic pipe. The plastic Tube has the same length as the greenhouse and is buried under the northern end. The branch pipe is connected to the plastic pipe, the distance between the branch pipes is equal to the ridge distance, and the branch pipe length is equal to the ridge length. The top of the plastic tube and branch tube was sealed. There are several water seepage holes in the branch pipe, and the hole distance is 1 meter. The branches are buried under the ridge and the ridges are planted. The storage tank is usually filled with water. When irrigation is needed, the valve is opened. The water in the tank flows into the branch pipe along the plastic pipe, and then flows into the soil at the root of the crop from the seepage hole of the branch pipe. If topdressing is needed, the fertilizer can be dissolved into the pool water first, and then the fertilizer along the water pipe can flow to the root of the crop to achieve topdressing.
Second, the advantages of osmotic irrigation fertilizer
1. Save time and effort. As long as the valve is opened, irrigation and top dressing operations can be completed.
2. Save water. The osmotic irrigation requires only 2 to 3 cubic meters of water per acre, and the ratio of water to irrigation is 3/4.
3. Save fat. The use of deep application of dark penetrating fertilizer each time can save 1/3 to 1/4, and even fertilization.
4. Reduce the disease. Humidity in the greenhouse is significantly reduced, with fewer diseases, and pesticide pollution is reduced accordingly.
5 is conducive to raising the temperature. The water in the storage tank is stored so that it can be infiltrated with the indoor temperature, and the ground temperature can be reduced by a small amount.
6. Good soil properties. It can keep the soil from being compacted, the surface soil is loose, and the air permeability is good, which is conducive to the growth and development of the crop roots.
7. Low cost. The first investment of the pipeline is 600 yuan per mu, which can be used for 8 to 10 years.
Third, the use of matters needing attention
1. The location of the storage tank should be located in the middle of the shed. If the shed is 80 to 100 meters in length, two storage tanks should be provided. The distance of water transfer should be equal. The diameter of the outlet pipe of the storage tank should be 50 mm.
2. It is better to store 3 to 4 cubic meters of water per acre of greenhouse storage tanks.
3. Keep the water tank clean. Put a plastic cloth on the water tank. The end of the water outlet tube should be wrapped with double layers of gauze to prevent the impurities from entering the branch tube to block the water infiltration hole.
4. Take out branch pipes before the land is plowed, plunge the land and then bury it in the ground. After each removal, remove the blockage of the water seepage hole.
5. Periodically remove the gauze filter from the outlet pipe to prevent dirt from entering the pipe. It is usually cleaned 1 time before each water storage.
