Butachlor

CAS NO.: 23184-66-9

Common name: Metolachlor

Chemical name: N-(butoxymethyl)-a-chloro-2 ,6-diethylacetanilide

Chemical Structure:

Molecular Formula: C17H26ClNO2
Molecular weight: 311.5

Physicochemical properties: Butachlor is an amide selective systemic herbicide. The pure product is a pale yellow oily liquid with a slightly aromatic taste. Hard to dissolve in water, soluble in many organic solvents. At room temperature and neutral, weak alkaline conditions chemically stable. Acidic acid accelerates its decomposition and can be degraded in soil. Low toxicity to humans and animals, stimulating the skin and eyes, and high toxicity to fish. Butachlor is mainly absorbed by the young shoots of weeds and then acts on the whole plant. Both pre-emergence and seedling stage can be used. After the plant absorbs butachlor, it inhibits and destroys the protease in the body, affects the formation of the protein, and inhibits the normal growth and development of the weeds and young roots, thereby killing the weeds. In clay soil and soil with high content of organic matter, the agent can be absorbed by soil colloids, it is not easy to be leached, and the effective period can reach 1-2 months.

How to use: Apply in dry soil applications under conditions of soil wetting. It can control annual grass weeds and some dicotyledonous weeds such as grasses, crabgrass, green foxtails, grasses of the grasses of the genus Monstera, grasses of the Monstera, grasses of the festivals, and grasses of different shapes. It is suitable for weeding vegetable fields such as cabbage, bean, radish, cabbage, solanaceous, and spinach.

(l) Weeding beans such as kidney beans, kidney beans, Chinese cabbage, fennel, broccoli cabbage, spinach, etc. Weigh the seeds with 100% of 60% EC before sowing and mix with 40-50 kg of water. Spray evenly on the surface and then sow.

(2) Transplanting fields such as broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, sweet (spicy) pepper, and tomatoes. Before planting, use 60% EC and 150 kg of water to mix and treat the soil evenly.

Precautions:

l. This product has better control effect on weeds before excavation. Large grass has poor control and should be applied as far as possible before sowing and planting.

2. The effect of using butachlor is good when the soil has a certain temperature. Dry fields should be watered or sprayed before application to increase efficacy.

3. The seeding period of melons and solanaceous vegetables should be used with certain phytotoxicity and should be used with caution.

4. This product mainly kills monocotyledonous weeds and is ineffective or has little effect on most broad-leaved weeds. For more plots with broadleaf weeds in vegetable fields, consider using other herbicides.

5, spraying should strive to uniform, to prevent excessive local medication caused by phytotoxicity, or missing spray phenomenon.

Toxicity data: Rat acute oral 3300, rabbit acute percutaneous 4080. The acute toxicity of the original drug to rats was more than 2,000, and 60% of EC to rats was acutely oral 4626. The fish TLm (48h) was 0.86mg/L and 96h was 0.32mg/L. ADI is 0.1 mg/kg.

Packing specification: 200 kg/barrel, or according to customer requirements.

Quality index: butachlor content ≥92%, moisture ≤0.4%, acidity ≤0.1%
