The use and maintenance of motorized rice transplanter is a relatively complex task. The correct use and maintenance of the rice transplanter is related to the operation and service life of the motorized rice transplanter. Therefore, the following eight points must be made:

1, to fully check the arm bearing bearing the amount of turbulence. Each type of planting arm is equipped with five 200-type bearings. If the bearing is loose, it will make the operation of the planting arm unstable, and there is no guarantee that there is a clearance of 1.25 to 1.75 mm between the separation needle and the forklift, which not only results in an incorrect amount of picking. It can also damage the parts and cause malfunctions. Our experience is that when the two-way free swing of the separating needle tip is greater than 3mm, the bearing must be replaced.

2. When the adjusting position of the planting arm is out of order, check the state of the set screw. After some rice transplanters are adjusted, the stop position is often changed, sometimes on the top, and sometimes on the bottom; some transplanters are adjusted to the bottom, and the rest positions are all below. The reason for this is that the positioning screw of the power output shaft seat is loose or tripped. The set screw is a left-hand thread. If it is loose, tighten it with a screwdriver and tighten it with a left hand. If the thread is damaged, it should be replaced with new ones.

3、Why does the rice transplanter claws carry. When transplanting rice dumplings, we sometimes see leaks and drifts, and even a long section of seedlings does not see the seedlings. However, the seedlings on the claws are missing the seedlings. The pusher cannot push the seedlings into the soil. There are two reasons for the failure:

In terms of loquat blocks, the bed soil of machine-planting loquat seedlings requires moderate sand adhesion, and the bed soil is too viscous, which can easily cause banding. At this time, some water can be properly poured. If the root system of the seedlings grows too long, it will be planted in a timely manner, and care should be taken to plant the seedlings in a timely manner. Note that the bed soil should not be too thick to avoid excessive root development.

Machine adjustment: Before planting, check whether the pusher moves. If the gap between the claws and the presser foot is too small or there is a lack of oil in the planting arm, the pusher lever will not operate and it will cause banding. Second, check whether the jaws and pushers are aligned, whether the jaws are bent or not, and if there is no alignment, press the feet of the pusher. The jaws should be bent and then be corrected on the vise. Finally, check the gap between the claw and the presser foot of the pusher should be 0.7 ~ 2mm, not more than 2.5mm. If the gap is too big, it will be easy to clip and carry it. When the gap is not satisfactory, it can be adjusted by changing the jaws, correcting the jaw plate holder or adjusting the height of the presser foot.

The planting arm is an important working part in the rice transplanter and it is a vulnerable part. Therefore, after a certain period of time, it should be overhauled.

4. The distance from the vertical feeder is reduced, resulting in missing plugs. Longitudinal delivery belt is not less than 12mm in each movement. The reasons for the smaller moving distance are as follows: 1 Loosen the fixing bolts to displace the lifting bar. The solution is to loosen the clamping bolts, push the lifting bar to the original position and tighten the bolts. 2 The ratchet wheel's wire pin and pin hole are worn out, making the effective turning angle of the ratchet wheel smaller. The solution is to change the rough pin or repair the pin hole.

5, rice transplanter there is a regular phenomenon of leakage plug, that is, a trip to plug a hole. The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows: 1 The wear of the drive arm of the box causes the free movement of the crucible box to increase. The free movement of the box should be no more than 3mm. If the free movement is too large, the effective stroke of the tank will be reduced. This phenomenon is only manifested when the direction of change is reversed. 2 Axis grooves and pins of the transfer box shaft (screw shaft) in the transmission case are worn out, resulting in a smaller effective stroke during the commutation. 3 The width of the bracts is too narrow. There are no seedlings at both ends of the shrine, resulting in regular leaking.

6, to do a comprehensive inspection. Check the separation needle width should be 12.5mm. Check that the stroke of the pusher is not less than 16mm. Do not exceed 3mm of the separation needle tip when ejecting. Check that the clearance between the pusher and the lower plane of the separation needle should not exceed 1mm.

7, to ensure the quality of transplanting operations, pay attention to the following points:

(1) During the operation, the rice transplanter should go straight as far as possible, and it cannot be inserted when turning. When you pass through a canal or higher, you should take a board or lift the board. Do not force it to pass. Otherwise, it will damage the machine and affect the quality of the work. When transplanting till the seedlings are less than 1.8m away from the side of the field, the seedlings in the side rakes should be taken out, and finally the 1.8m wide unplugged fields should be left in order to circle the edges.

(2) When mounting and twisting, the movement should be light, to prevent breaking up the pods and breaking the seedlings. The seedlings should be allowed to slide freely or gently to avoid watering the seedlings and pods. When the empty container is installed, the container should be moved to one end, and the seedlings should be added after emptying the separator.

(3) If the ground wheel is not turned during operation, check whether the pulley and clutch slip, and whether there is a jumper.

(4) If a certain group of planting arms is found not to work and there is noise, it is necessary to check whether the separation needle has foreign matter at the fontanelle and clear it.

(5) If a certain group of planting arms does not work and there is no noise, it must be off the chain link; there is a crisp knocking sound in the planting arm, and it is necessary to replace or supplement the buffer cushion.

8, should be properly kept after use. The rice transplanter is limited by the seasonal season of agriculture. The working time is short and the parking time is long during the year. Therefore, the rice transplanter should be properly kept during the non-operating period. 1 The outside should be cleaned. 2 Put clean fuel and lubricating oil; remove the triangle belt and store it separately. 3 Lubricate the table with lubrication points according to the operating instructions. 4 closed cylinder. A small amount of dry oil is added to the intake pipe, and the crankshaft is cranked so that the oil is attached to the top of the piston, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, and the valve seat sealing cylinder. 5 Clean the air cleaner filter, then wrap the air cleaner, muffler, and fuel tank with cloth to prevent dust from entering. 6 All the working springs on the rice transplanter should be in a free state. When storing, pushing the spring with the planting arm should push the hammer into the pushing state, so as to prevent failure due to spring fatigue during re-use. Place the clutch and positioning clutch in the “closed” position, the shift lever in the neutral position, and the cassette in the center position. It is best to store it indoors or in a simple shed. Do not stack debris on the machine. 7 After the maintenance of the whole machine, slowly turn to check the operating conditions of each part. All parts should be operated flexibly without any stagnation, and then stored in the warehouse. And lay the barge or pontoon upright so that the ground wheel is supported on the ground.
