Circular on the Matters Concerning the Application of Cross-border Production of Health Food Products (Guozhou Food and Drug Administration Supervision [2010] No. 363)

Food and Drug Administration (Drugs and Drugs Supervision Bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Health Food Evaluation Center of the State Bureau:

To further standardize the registration of health food products, according to the "Regulations on the Registration of Health Food Products (Trial)", the relevant matters concerning the declaration of cross-border production of health food products are clarified as follows: Products to be declared for health food have cross-border production (Including subpackages), its final contact with the contents of the process completed in the domestic products according to domestic applications, completed overseas by the declaration of imported products.
