Using Lotus Root Processing to Make Powder Technology

The lotus root stalks of lotus have higher starch content. Generally, 10 to 12 kg of refined wolfberry powder can be processed per 100 kg of sorghum. An acre of lotus fields generally can receive fresh oysters 600 to 800 kilograms, can be processed to produce wolfberry powder 70 to 100 kilograms.

Precipitated lotus root starch stirs. Remove the lotus root starch and put it in a big mouth container. Add fresh water and dip for 2 to 3 days. Finally, the lotus root starch powder is put into a cloth bag, drained and drained for about 12 hours. The lotus root starch powder is crushed into small pieces of powder and dried in a bamboo sieve.
