The temperature is set at sixty degrees, and the temperature inside the pot is gradually rising.

The temperature has reached the set temperature, and now we continue to concentrate on this state for half an hour. What is the effect?

Ok, the time has come. After half an hour, the capacity of the sample milk is still four-fifths of the original, and it is condensed by one-fifth.

In order to make the effect more obvious, we will use the 7ml test tube to look at it this time. The samples prepared this time are milk and water.

Continue the above steps to concentrate, this time of concentration is 3 hours.

The effect after concentration, as shown in the figure, is one-third of the sample chamber.

The water and milk samples were essentially flat.
